1.P84 filter bag heat set: The semi-finished filter material after acupuncture has poor dimensional stability, low density, large breaking elongation and poor heat stability, so it needs to be heat shrinkable. The main purpose of heat setting of filter material is to eliminate the residual stress of needle felt and reduce the thermal shrinkage rate.
2.P84 filter bag singeing and calendering:This treatment is mainly to burn the fuzz on the surface of the fast walking cloth with the fire mouth, and then use the high temperature roller to iron the cloth surface, so that the cloth surface is smooth and easy to remove dust.
3.P84 filter bag PTFE coating treatment: If the particle size of the dust is less than 1 μ m, or the dust has great adhesion, or the humidity containing gas is large, the ordinary filter material cannot be effectively filtered. The membrane covered filter material made of polytetrafluoroethylene has not only filtering accuracy, but also smooth surface. It will not adhere to dust and is easy to remove dust.
