Product Description

1. This remote control solenoid box enclosure is installed in the middle and upper part of the air tank and is in a horizontal position. The pilot valve is in a vertical state and is reliably fixed. The installation diagram of this enclosure box and the submerged pulse valve is as follows.

2. The connection port of the solenoid pilot valve in this controller is G1/8 "thread. The connection pipe between this controller and the right angle pulse valve is shown in the following figure.

3. The connecting pipe can be made of nylon, and it is recommended to use a semi hard nylon pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm that can withstand a pressure of 1MPa, with pneumatic quick plug connectors inserted at both ends. If copper, aluminum, and stainless steel pipes are used, additional joints are required.

4. The installation position of the connecting pipe should not be in a "U" shape to prevent water accumulation inside the pipe.

5. The length of the connecting pipe should not be too long, and it is recommended to be less than 1.5 meters. The diameter and length of the connecting pipe will affect the opening and blowing performance of the pulse valve.

6. The electromagnetic pilot valve in this controller has completed the common wiring terminal wiring before leaving the factory, and the other wiring terminal is connected by the user to the corresponding output line of the pulse blowing control instrument.
Remote Control Solenoid Valve Pilot Control Enclosure Box7. 3, 4, and 5 position controllers are equipped with a G1/2 "copper cable fixing head; 6, 8, 10, and 12 position controllers are equipped with two G3/4" copper cable fixing heads, which are used to introduce the signal wire of the control pilot valve and the power and ground wires of the heating element, and are respectively connected to the corresponding wiring terminals.

8. When the temperature of the controller is below 0 ºC, heating is required to prevent the pilot valve from freezing. Introduce AC220V power supply and reliably ground it at the grounding point of the aluminum alloy casing. The power supply must be equipped with a switch and overvoltage protection device. If there is no need for electric heating in the application, there is no need to introduce AC220V power supply.

9. After completing the wiring of this controller, fix the aluminum alloy cover and base with bolts. The rubber sealing ring should be installed in the groove between the cover and the base to ensure reliable sealing.

10. The pulse valve selected should match the technology of this controller.

11. It is recommended to input the electrical signal width of this controller from 60-250ms.

12. When the wire passes through the copper cable gland, it should be properly tightened and reliably sealed.
